At K-Lust, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrance products cannot be returned once opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product packaging is tampered with during delivery

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 48 hours of delivery

Customers must contact our support team before initiating a return.


2. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products purchased during the sale or promotional offers

  • Gift cards or complimentary items


5. Return Request Process

  • Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
