Shipping, Returns & Refunds

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for metro cities, 4–8 business days for other cities and 5–10 business days for remote locations. Please refer to the current Shipping & Delivery Policy and your order tracking information for the applicable delivery estimate.

Can I return a perfume?

Return requests can be raised within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility under the Return & Refund Policy, including unused and unopened condition, original packaging and prior approval. Please review the policy before requesting a return.

How do I request a return or refund?

Review the Return & Refund Policy and contact K-LUST customer support with your order details if your order qualifies. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
